TROPICAL PAPAYA AND GINGER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups papaya cut into chunks
1 cup ice
½ cup of coconut milk or almond milk
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Juice of half a lemon
Leaves from one sprig of mint
INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth
