Rice Pudding at Christmas Time - Perfect Palate Cleanser!

Christmas time is all about the puddings but they don't all have to be traditional and/or fattening – this recipe is one option for a delicious twist on a rice pudding or sticky black rice pudding that is light, fresh and healthy. Perfect palate cleanser after all the heavy Christmas food!

INGREDIENTS
  • Black Rice
  • Rose Water
  • Agave
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Mint
  • Pecans
  • Peach
  • Yoghurt
  • Grapefruit (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook 1 cup of black rice as normal, then chill it (serves 2-4 people)
  2. Mix 3/4 tbsp each of rose water, agave and sesame seeds (can change amounts to taste) into the rice
  3. Cook 1 cup of black rice as normal, then chill it (serves 2-4 people)
